Barcelona wonderkid Lamine Yamal has officially been named LaLiga Player of the Month for November, following an outstanding return from injury. In just four appearances, Yamal registered three goals and three assists, playing a vital role in pushing Barcelona to the top of the LaLiga table.

To celebrate his performance, EA SPORTS has released a Player of the Month SBC in EA FC 26 and while the upgrade looks attractive on paper, the price tag raises serious questions.

Is Lamine Yamal POTM Worth It?

Lamine Yamal’s POTM card has received:

• +1 overall upgrade
• Minor boosts to a few face stats
• Same playstyles as his gold card

When compared to his standard gold version, the upgrade feels minimal especially for a 380K SBC.

Verdict:

• Fantastic card if you are a Barcelona fan or building a LaLiga squad
• Not great value compared to the gold version
• Very expensive for a minor performance upgrade

Unless you’re stacked with fodder or a hardcore Barça supporter, this SBC is hard to recommend from a value perspective.
