Future Stars Returns with Generational Talent

Future Stars is back in EA SPORTS FC™ 26, spotlighting football’s brightest young prospects who are already dominating the global stage. Headlining the promo are elite wonderkids like Désiré Doué, Estêvão, and Alyssa Thompson, alongside a carefully selected group of rising stars making waves across The World’s Game.

The celebration doesn’t stop with current talent, as Heroes and ICONs who exceeded expectations from the very start of their careers also join the promo, blending future potential with proven legacy.

Heroes Join Future Stars for the First Time

For the first time ever, Future Stars introduces Heroes into the promo. These players represent footballers who burst onto the scene early and quickly became household names.

Leading the charge are Micah Richards and Cesc Fàbregas, debuting as brand-new Future Stars Heroes in EA SPORTS FC™ 26. Richards is available from day one as an SBC reward, giving players an early chance to add a unique Hero to their squads.

Create Your Own Future Stars Academy Player

The Future Stars Academy makes its return, allowing players to develop a real youngster into a First XI superstar through a multi-stage Evolution journey.

Players can select any eligible footballer born on or after 30 January 2004 (aged 21 or under) or choose from one of the 11 Starter Players in the Academy Pack. After signing them to the Academy, Evolutions unlock position-specific upgrade paths, Role++ boosts, and chemistry benefits.

Progression takes your player from debut to 86 OVR, then through First XI upgrades to 88 OVR, before finishing as a 90 OVR Club Legend, fully customised with Skill Moves, Weak Foot, PlayStyles, and PlayStyle+ upgrades.

Future Stars Youth League & Live Events

Compete throughout the campaign in the Future Stars Youth League and the Future Stars Youth Cup, launching in Week 2. Completing objectives rewards Packs, Evolutions, and even unlocks a second Academy player slot.

The Ultimate Gauntlet also returns for its tenth iteration, while Flash Rush events keep the Future Stars Academy Evolutions in focus during the promo.

New Squad Building Challenges

A wide range of SBCs arrive during Future Stars, including:
