Rockstar Announces “A Safehouse in the Hills” — Coming This December
Rockstar Games have finally confirmed the name of the next major GTA Online expansion "A Safehouse in the Hills" and released a brand new teaser showcasing what’s to come. The announcement was posted on their official Newswire, giving players a first look at the luxurious new direction GTA Online is heading in.
According to Rockstar:

Players will be able to work with Prix Luxury Real Estate, the top-tier agency behind Los Santos’ most exclusive listings. These newly developed mansions will feature expansive grounds, breathtaking views, and cutting-edge amenities — including advanced personal assistance tools and new business service tech.
VIP Bonuses and Rewards
From now through December 7, becoming a Prix Luxury Black Tier VIP will reward players with a free Übermacht Revolter sports car, complete with a sleek Sessanta Nove Monogram livery available at Luxury Autos.
Completing all three New Listings missions upgrades players to the Gold Tier, which grants:

Teaser Breakdown: Visible Interiors, Helicopter Pad & New Cars
The teaser video offers an exciting glimpse into the mansions themselves. For the first time ever in GTA Online, the interior of a property is visibly detailed from the outside. While it’s unclear whether this is an illusion or a functional feature, it’s a major visual upgrade.
The teaser also shows a helicopter landing pad, confirming that players will be able to keep and likely spawn directly from their mansion.
Rockstar even flashes a few new cars throughout the clip. Though not clearly visible yet, their silhouettes suggest brand-new additions coming with the update.
